Sol Uy Flores is a civil engineer, Building Engineer Practitioner a CP, Member of Engineers Australia (MIEAust) and registered building practitioner with extensive experience in engineering, construction and project management across Australia and internationally.

He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Master of Engineering from Curtin University, Western Australia, together with an MBA, with postgraduate studies encompassing project and construction management, business budgeting and quality management. He maintains a strong commitment to continuing professional development and lifelong learning.

Across his career, Sol has been involved throughout the full project lifecycle — from concept development, planning and engineering coordination through procurement, construction, project management and completion.

His experience spans a diverse range of projects including:

  • commercial and high-rise buildings;

  • hospitals, stadiums and sporting complexes;

  • residential and multi-residential developments;

  • offshore and onshore LNG projects;

  • mining and civil infrastructure;

  • railways and roads;

  • bulk earthworks and embankments;

Sol brings a strong understanding of structural design, constructability, construction safety and project delivery, together with the ability to strategically assess and resolve issues throughout all stages of a project.

As Founder and Managing Director of LINAUST Developments Group, his focus is on integrating engineering, construction, procurement and commercial project delivery to achieve practical, buildable and value-driven outcomes for clients.

Dr. Jaime TABUCANON

Dr Jaime T. Tabucanon is a highly experienced geotechnical engineer with more than 30 years of professional experience across civil, mining, infrastructure, offshore and onshore oil & gas projects in Australia and internationally.

He holds a PhD in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Sydney and has extensive experience in the investigation, analysis and design of complex ground, foundation and infrastructure systems.

His areas of expertise include:

  • site investigation and ground characterisation;

  • shallow and deep foundations for multi-storey buildings, bridges and tanks;

  • deep excavations, tunnelling and railway infrastructure;

  • LNG platforms, subsea structures and onshore plant foundations;

  • ports, jetties, wharves and berthing structures;

  • pipelines and associated infrastructure;

  • soil and rock slope stability;

  • retaining structures, reinforced-earth walls, soil nails and ground anchors;

  • dams, levees, seawalls and reinforced embankments;

  • ground improvement;

  • seismic ground-response and liquefaction assessment; and

  • advanced numerical analysis and finite-element modelling.

Across his career, Jaime has contributed to major commercial developments, high-rise buildings, rail and transport infrastructure, bridges, ports, mining developments and LNG projects throughout Western Australia and overseas.

As Director of LINAUST Developments Group, Jaime leads the group’s geotechnical engineering capability, providing specialist technical input into ground conditions, foundations, earthworks and project risk from the earliest stages of development through construction.


Brian Lloyd

Partner – Construction Operations Manager
Construction Operations | HSE | Risk Management

Brian Lloyd brings extensive experience across construction operations, occupational health and safety, risk management and project delivery within mining, industrial and commercial construction environments.

He holds a Master of Occupational Health & Safety and combines strong technical knowledge of HSE systems with practical, on-site construction experience.

Throughout his career, Brian has worked on projects associated with major organisations including Rio Tinto, FMG, BHP, Fluor and WorleyParsons, giving him experience in demanding project environments with complex operational, safety and compliance requirements.

His areas of expertise include:

  • construction operations and site management;

  • health, safety and environmental management;

  • safety management systems;

  • project and operational risk management;

  • incident investigation;

  • emergency response planning;

  • injury management;

  • contractor and workforce safety;

  • training and competency; and

  • construction safety leadership.

Brian has also worked with Indigenous construction organisations and continues to support capability development within this sector.

In addition to his construction and HSE experience, Brian brings practical business-management experience and an understanding of the operational requirements involved in managing both small and large project teams.

At LINAUST Developments Group, Brian supports the integration of construction operations, safety, risk management and project delivery, helping ensure projects are managed safely, practically and professionally.

LINAUST Developments Group has its foundations in Linker Australia Pty Ltd, established by Australian engineers with extensive professional experience in engineering, construction and project management across Australia and internationally.

With professional and educational backgrounds spanning both overseas and Australia, including postgraduate studies at the Curtin University in Western Australia and University of Sydney, the leadership team brings together extensive technical knowledge and practical project-delivery experience.

Their careers have covered a diverse range of projects including commercial and residential buildings, civil and mining infrastructure, railways, roads, ports and marine works, LNG and industrial facilities, hospitals, stadiums and major infrastructure developments.

Today, LINAUST builds on that experience through an integrated approach combining structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, construction, procurement, value engineering and project delivery.
