Our Vision
LINAUST Developments Group was established to bring engineering, construction and project delivery together under one integrated approach.
Our focus is on combining structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, construction, procurement and value engineering to respond to the practical and commercial challenges faced by developers, property owners and project stakeholders.
We work collaboratively with clients, consultants, contractors and specialist professionals to assemble the right expertise for each project and develop solutions that are technically sound, practical to build and commercially considered.
Our aim is to build long-term relationships based on technical integrity, collaboration, quality, safety and dependable project delivery.

Our Foundations
LINAUST Developments Group builds on the engineering, construction and project-management experience developed through Linker Australia Pty Ltd and the careers of its senior professionals.
Our leadership team brings decades of experience across commercial and residential buildings, civil and mining infrastructure, oil & gas, rail, roads, ports and marine works, hospitals, stadiums, industrial facilities and major infrastructure projects in Australia and internationally.
That experience now supports LINAUST's integrated approach to engineering, construction, procurement and project delivery across Perth and Regional Western Australia.
